First – I am having trouble figuring out an easy way to post. Seems like a lot of steps. Help?
So, after not being very good for the two weeks before this one, I got back on track this week and am now down 4.7 lbs., but have a very motivated mind sight.
Who would have thought it would be this hard or take this long. Guess that’s why we are having to do it in the first place!
Hope everyone enjoys rodeo season without undoing all the good we have accomplished thus far. NO FRIED TWINKIES!!!
This was another week of ups and downs. I guess that is just my pattern. I lost 1.8 pounds this week, bringing my total loss to 7 pounds exactly. I am so glad to have those 7 pounds gone; but, of course, I wish it were more!

Well, LR certainly spoke for me too. I did lose 0.3 pounds, for a total of 5.2 pounds down. Drinking water seems to work well for me, so I need to be consistent with that.
Gotta keep on trucking! Hopefully week 5 will be better for us all!
That about sums up week 4! I’m guessing I’m not alone in feeling this way as I’m the first to post (and a day late, too!).

Friday has become my splurge day. Went to Pappasito’s for lunch today. Cheese enchilada, guacamole AND a fajita taco. BEST MEAL EVER! LOL
But I am down for a total of 4.8 lbs. I WILL cross the 5 lb threshold by next weigh-in!! If I can lose 5 lbs. every month, I will be OVER THE TOP pleased.
Polly – thank you for posting the new recipes. I hope to post some this weekend as well.

First, I am sorry that you all have had problems posting this week. I am not sure what the problem is, but I am researching it. Congratulations to LR and KM on their losses this week! We are moving along.
My progress, like yours, has been a constant yo yo. However, I happened to be at the low point of the yo yo today. I am excited to say that I have lost 2 pounds this week, making my total 4.9 pounds! Maybe next week I can hit the magic 5 pound mark.

I think we are experiencing what the Biggest Loser calls the Week 2 Curse. I lost a whopping 0.2 pounds this week – at least I didn’t gain it. My total is now 2.9 pounds.

I am going on a 10 day bathing suit vacation in the BVI in June – I CANNOT GIVE UP!!!
Well, after a week of yo-yoing, I came out a little down from last week…
1.2 down from last Friday, so total lost 3.9.
That’a a little frustrating, but not enough so to give up.
Hope everyone’s scale is nicer to them than mine!
